[RST] reStructuredText

종종 쓰이는 plain text 포맷. [Python] PEP 문서들이 모두 이 포맷으로 되어 있다. 간단하게 plain text로 효과를 주고자 할 때 용이. 나중에 원하는 포맷([XML], [HTML] 등으로 쉽게 바꿀 수 있다.
